Deep Cleansing Ritual

A full Japanese Head Spa experience combining scalp care, hair cleansing and deep relaxation. Your ritual includes scalp analysis, a soothing eye mask, scalp cleansing and exfoliation, specialist scalp tools and massage, relaxing Halo Water therapy, double shampoo, conditioning treatment with massage and combing, followed by finishing scalp care. Your hair is gently towel dried following your treatment.

Our most indulgent Japanese Head Spa experience - created for those times when you want to completely switch off and be thoroughly pampered.
Enjoy the full scalp and hair ritual, including scalp analysis, cleansing and exfoliation, relaxing scalp massage, specialist tools, Halo Water therapy and double shampoo. A luxurious conditioning hair mask is then applied and left to work under soothing steam therapy, giving you time to relax while your hair receives some extra care. Your 90 - minute experience also includes a relaxing mini facial using Tropic Skincare, making this the ultimate head-to-face Serenity experience. Your hair is gently towel dried following your treatment.

The ultimate Serenity facial experience. Your Tranquil Escape begins with a closer look at your skin under magnification, allowing us to examine your skin fully. Your skin is thoroughly cleansed and treated using carefully selected Tropic Skincare, with time for exfoliation, hydration, nourishment and an extended relaxing massage. A luxurious face mask is applied and while the mask is developing, you'll enjoy soothing steam therapy, adding another layer of warmth and relaxation to your treatment.
